01 Who we are
HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) ("we", "us", "our") operates a wallet-screening, transaction-tracing and risk-scoring service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy applies to the website, dashboard and API through which the Service is provided, and describes how we handle information belonging to visitors and registered users ("you").
HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor), registration number Tax Number: 3246460305, registered address st. Yaroshchuka, build. 26, is the data controller responsible for your information under this Policy.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02 Information we collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and a password, which is immediately hashed and never stored or transmitted in plain text.
Wallet and transaction data
When you submit a wallet address or transaction hash for screening, tracing, or risk scoring, we process that address/hash to generate a result. This is treated separately from your account data — see Section 4 for how it may be shared.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, we automatically log certain technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, and referring URLs. This is used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. See Section 5 for full details.
Payment information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your card payment is processed directly by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) does not receive, process, or store your full card number, CVV, or other card details at any point — Stripe handles this in a PCI-DSS-compliant environment. We only receive limited billing metadata (e.g. plan, amount, payment status, last 4 digits of the card) needed to manage your subscription.
03 How we use information
- To create and maintain your account and authenticate you when you log in.
- To perform the wallet screening, transaction tracing, and risk-scoring functions you request.
- To send you service-related communications (e.g. account notices, security alerts).
- To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, and to detect fraud or abuse.
- To comply with applicable law, regulatory requests, and legal process.
We do not use your personal account information (name, email) for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
06 California / CCPA notice
We do not sell or "share" (as defined under the CCPA/CPRA) your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Requests can be made through our Contact page.
07 Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations. Screening request logs (addresses submitted and results returned) are retained to maintain service history and audit trails, in line with applicable regulatory expectations for AML/compliance tools.
08 Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls limiting who within HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) can view account data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10 International data transfers
Because our screening partners are located in the Netherlands, the United States, and Lithuania, wallet addresses submitted for screening may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, such transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law.
11 Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
