01 Acceptance of terms
The Service is operated by HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor), registration number Tax Number: 3246460305, registered address st. Yaroshchuka, build. 26 ("we", "us").
By creating an account, accessing our API, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
02 The service
HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) provides tools to screen cryptocurrency wallet addresses, trace transactions across supported chains, and generate risk scores intended to help you assess exposure to illicit or high-risk activity. The Service is provided for informational and compliance-support purposes only.
03 Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
- You must not create an account if you are barred from receiving services under applicable sanctions or export-control laws.
04 Free tier & fees
Your first 25 checks each calendar month are free. Beyond that, each additional check is billed per the table below, depending on your account type:

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data — this is handled entirely within Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant systems.
We may change our pricing or free-tier limits at any time; material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable. Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Refunds & cancellations
You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Fees already paid for checks already performed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of billing error or service failure attributable to us.
05 Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or fraud.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its underlying data without our written consent.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
- Submit malicious code or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.
06 Sanctions & compliance
HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) complies with applicable trade sanctions and export-control regimes, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, and the United Nations. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the Service to any individual or entity that is listed on a sanctions list, located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or otherwise prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law.
The Service itself is an analytics and risk-scoring tool; it is not a substitute for your own independent sanctions screening, legal, or compliance obligations.
07 Accuracy of results & no professional advice
Risk scores, exposure trails, and screening results are generated using automated analysis of blockchain data, including data from the third-party partners described in Section 8. Results are provided "as is" for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service, and we recommend independent verification for any decision with legal or financial consequences.
08 Third-party data partners
To generate screening and risk-scoring results, HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) submits the wallet address or transaction hash you provide to one or more specialised blockchain-analytics partners, currently:
- Crystal Blockchain B.V. — Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- Chainalysis Inc. — New York, United States.
- Safe3 UAB — Vilnius, Lithuania.
Only the wallet address or transaction hash is shared for this purpose — see our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or completeness of data supplied by these third parties, and results may vary as their underlying datasets are updated.
09 Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and underlying technology, is owned by HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
10 Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time.
11 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (SOLE PROPRIETOR) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12 General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HAVRYLIUK OLEKSANDR (Sole Proprietor) regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lutsk.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
